Situada en el DISTRITO BARRANCA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-463; al SUR CALLE NEPTUNO; al ESTE AVENIDA TAURO y al OESTE AVENIDA JUPITER. MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cuarenta minutos del dieciocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
