Lote veintisiete B. Situada en el DISTRITO 08 BARRANCA, CANTÓN 01 PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORESTE LOTE VEINTISÉIS B; al NOROESTE LOTE DIECIOCHO B; al SURESTE RESTO DESTINADO A CALLE y al SUROESTE LOTE VEINTIOCHO B. MIDE: ciento treinta y nueve metros con treinta y nueve decímetros cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del doce de octubre del dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las diez horas cero minutos del veinte de octubre de dos mil veintiseis con la base de DOS MILLONES DOSCIENTOS CATORCE MIL CUATROCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del veintiocho de octubre de dos mil veintiseis con la base de SETECIENTOS TREINTA Y OCHO MIL CIENTO CUARENTA Y TRES COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
