En este Despacho, Con una base de TRES MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número ochenta y ocho mil seiscientos ochenta, derecho 000, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON 1 CASA. Situada en el DISTRITO BARRANCA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-2; al SUR ALAMEDA 9; al ESTE LOTE-32 y al OESTE LOTE-30. MIDE: CIENTO DOCE METROS CON CUARENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cuarenta minutos del treinta de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
