Situada en el DISTRITO BARRANCA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-2; al SUR ALAMEDA 9; al ESTE LOTE-32 y al OESTE LOTE-30. MIDE: CIENTO DOCE METROS CON CUARENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cuarenta minutos del treinta de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las diez horas cuarenta minutos del ocho de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de DOS MILLONES DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las diez horas cuarenta minutos del dieciséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
