En este despacho, con una base de CINCO MILLONES SETECIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 311-14377-01-0035-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de GUANACASTE, matrícula número 37692 derecho 000, la cual es NATURALEZA: LOTE DIECISIETE SECCION DOS TERRENO DE POTRERO SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO: 1-BAGACES CANTON 4-BAGACES DE LA PROVINCIA DE GUANACASTE LINDEROS: NORTE: LOTE 15; SUR: LOTE 18; ESTE: LOTES 42 Y 43 SECCION UNO; OESTE: CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: VEINTE MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y TRES METROS CON TRECE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del quince de abril de dos mil veintisiete.
