Situada en el DISTRITO ATENAS, CANTÓN ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE VISTA ATENAS OCHENTA Y UNO SA al SUR VISTA ATENAS OCHENTA Y UNO S.A.; al ESTE VISTA ATENAS OCHENTA Y UNO SA EN MEDIO SERVIDUMBRE AGRICOLA y al OESTE VISTA ATENAS OCHENTAY UNO S.A. MIDE: SIETE MIL NOVECIENTOS TREINTA Y OCHO METROS CON SETENTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
