Situada en el DISTRITO 01 ASERRI, CANTÓN 06 ASERRI, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE ALMEDA 3 CON 6M 01CM; al SUR VICENTE CHACON; al ESTE LOTE 10-E y al OESTE LOTE 12-E. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTIDOS METROS CON CUARENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: SJ-0769475-1988. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del tres de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
