En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTISÉIS MILLONES DOSCIENTOS OCHO MIL TRESCIENTOS SIETE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSE, matrícula número nueve mil trescientos cuarenta y cuatro, derecho cero cero dos, la cual es terreno de café y casa. Situada en el DISTRITO ASERRI, CANTÓN ASERRI, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE JOSE MORA LOPEZ OTRO; al SUR JOSE MORA LOPEZ OTRO; al ESTE POLICARPO URBINA y al OESTE JOSE MORA LOPEZ OTRO. MIDE: TRECE MIL NOVECIENTOS SETENTA Y SIEET METROS CON NOVENTA Y DOS DECIMETOS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cuarenta minutos del veintiocho de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
