En este Despacho, con una base de CUATRO MIL CIENTO SETENTA Y NUEVE DÓLARES CON ONCE CENTAVOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando RESERVAS DE LEY DE AGUAS Y LEY DE CAMINOS PUBLICOS CITAS: 312-05129-01-0002-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 538267, derecho 001, la cual es terreno LOTE UNO, TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO ASERRI, CANTÓN ASERRI, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE LILLIAM MORA SANCHEZ; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 7 METROS; al ESTE LOTE DOS y al OESTE GERARDO JIMENEZ TREJOS. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS SIETE METROS CON SETENTA Y SEIS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del cinco de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
