Situada en el DISTRITO 03-ANSELMO, CANTÓN 13-TIBÁS, de la provincia de San José. COLINDA: al NORTE DORA LINA RODRÍGUEZ VARELA; al SUR ROBERTO PICADO MONTERO; al ESTE DORA LINA RODRÍGUEZ VARELA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CIENTO CINCUENTA Y SEIS METROS CON SESENTA Y DOS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del dieciséis de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
