Situada en el DISTRITO 4-ÁNGELES, CANTÓN 5-SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE MARIA ARAYA MONTERO; al SUR LUIS VARGAS VÍQUEZ; al ESTE MARIA ARAYA MONTERO Y EN PARTE LUIS VARGAS VÍQUEZ y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UNA DISTANCIA DE 16 METROS 22 CENTÍMETROS. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cuarenta minutos del veintiuno de junio de dos mil veintisiete.
