Situada en el DISTRITO ALFARO, CANTÓN SAN RAMON, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE CON 8M; al SUR LOTE 19-B; al ESTE LOTE 7-B y al OESTE LOTE 9-B. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA Y TRES METROS CON NOVENTA Y UN DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del seis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
