Situada en el DISTRITO 1ALAJUELA, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE SECUNDINO ALVARADO; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 4 M 63 CM; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 23 M 64 CM y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 31 M 58 CM. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS METROS CON SESENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: A-0001404-1963, IDENTIFICADOR PREDIAL: 201010138282.
