Situada en el DISTRITO 1-ALAJUELA, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE ÁREA COMÚN; al SUR APARTAMENTO TRECE; al ESTE ÁREA COMÚN y al OESTE TRINIDAD MURILLO BOLAÑOS. MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y TRES METROS CON NOVENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
