Situada en el DISTRITO 1-ALAJUELA, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE TERESITA CARVAJAL GONZALEZ; al SUR ANTONIO SOLANO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE LOTE-4 DE FELICIDAD CARVAJAL GONZALEZ. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE METROS CON CUARENTA Y DOS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del veintiocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
