Situada en el DISTRITO 5-AGUACALIENTE (SAN FRANCISCO, CANTÓN 1-CARTAGO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 13-I; al SUR ALAMEDA NUEVE; al ESTE CALLE TRES y al OESTE LOTE 25-I. MIDE: SETENTA Y TRES METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del veintiuno de octubre de dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las nueve horas cero minutos del treinta de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de CINCO MILLONES DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de UN MILLÓN SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
