Situada en el DISTRITO 3-AGUABUENA, CANTÓN 8-COTO BRUS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR CARLOS EDUARDO SALAZAR ÁLVAREZ; al ESTE DANILO VENEGAS DURAN y al OESTE DIGNA MARIA CASTRILLO VALENCIA. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA Y CINCO METROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-2162575-2019. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del veintinueve de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
